Everything you need to fully immerse in this experience is taken care of:

This retreat is designed for women who have already done some personal development, healing, or therapy - and are now ready for a deeper, embodied experience. If however, you’re newer to this work but still feel a strong pull, trust that. You’ll be gently guided and fully supported every step of the way, no matter where you are at on your journey.

That’s so normal - and you won’t be the only one. Many women attend retreats solo and leave with lifelong soul connections. From the moment you arrive, you’ll be welcomed into a space of warmth, sisterhood, and deep respect. You’ll feel like you belong here - because you do.

A detailed packing list will be sent closer to the retreat, but in general:

• Comfortable clothing for movement and breathwork

Yes - flexible payment options are available to support your “yes.” You may choose to pay via monthly instalments, with the final payment due by 8th Sept 2026. Simply select the Payment Plan button at checkout to be directed to the correct cart.

Due to the intimate nature of the retreat and the limited spaces available, all bookings are considered final.

If your plans change however, cancellations made before 8th Sept are eligible for a 50% refund. After 8th Sept, refunds are no longer available due to venue commitments and preparation costs.

If you can no longer attend, you’re welcome to transfer your place to another approved participant with prior written notice. We also strongly recommend travel insurance to cover any unexpected changes.

Yes - many rooms are twin-share, intentionally designed to foster connection and create a feeling of sacred sisterhood.

You're welcome to attend solo and be intuitively paired with another participant - many of the deepest friendships have been born this way. If you're attending with a friend and would like to room together, just let us know after booking and we’ll make sure you’re paired.

We create a calm, respectful space for rest and privacy - so even in shared rooms, you'll feel supported, spacious, and at ease.

Yes - integration is just as important as transformation.
There will be spacious pockets throughout the retreat where you can rest, journal, swim, take a walk in nature, or simply be. While the workshops and sessions are powerful and immersive, this is not a back-to-back, high-intensity schedule. It's a rhythm designed to regulate your nervous system and reconnect you to your own internal pace.

Absolutely. All meals are lovingly prepared and can accommodate most dietary needs including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, and more. Prior to your stay, you’ll be asked to note any allergies or preferences - and we’ll do everything we can to ensure you’re nourished, supported, and well-fed throughout your stay.

The retreat will be held at a luxury property in Byron Bay with beautiful, comfortable private and shared rooms (twin-share). Each room is thoughtfully appointed and includes everything you need for a peaceful stay - high-quality bedding, shared or ensuite bathrooms, and nourishing touches to make you feel at home.

Please note: the property does require the ability to navigate some stairs and uneven surfaces. If you have specific accessibility needs or questions about mobility, please reach out before booking so we can ensure the space is a supportive fit for you.
