Katharine McLean is a Holistic Counsellor, energy healer and certified breathwork facilitator with over 24 years of experience helping people break free from the patterns that keep them stuck - including the painful cycles of self-sabotage and self-abandonment. After masking her own addictions for over two decades, Katharine got sober and turned her pain into her purpose.

Brieann is a certified Breathwork Facilitator, Sound Therapist, and founder of Wabi-Sabi Well, bringing over 19 years of experience in wellness and holistic personal training. Her approach integrates breathwork, movement, sound therapy and art, informed by her background in supporting people with depression, anxiety, addiction, trauma, and relationship challenges.

Expect a multi-sensory journey from her sessions, blending movement, trauma-informed breathwork, sound therapy and guided art exercises. Brieann’s grounded approach creates a safe space for deep self-reflection, release and renewal, helping participants reconnect with themselves and find clarity.

Liesl Mounfield

Liesl’s love affair with yoga began in childhood, attending classes alongside her beloved grandmother - memories that left an imprint of connection, stillness, and love. But like many women, life moved quickly. Building a career, raising children, and relocating from the UK to Australia meant that yoga was gently set aside in the busyness of becoming everything for everyone else. In 2020, during one of the most challenging chapters of her life, Liesl was called to return - not just to yoga, but to herself. What began as a personal healing journey became a homecoming. Stepping back onto the mat felt like stepping back into her soul. Within the four corners of that mat, Liesl rediscovered inner peace, safety, stillness, and sanctuary. That healing became a calling.

Liesl completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training and deepened her studies in Yoga Nidra and Yin Yoga. She also shares her soothing voice and presence as a meditation guide on Insight Timer - a globally renowned platform - where she has published her own library of guided meditations. Today, Liesl’s work is rooted in presence, compassion, and the belief that the practices of yoga and meditation can gently reconnect us to the parts of ourselves we’ve forgotten. Her greatest joy is holding space for others - especially those who, like her, didn’t know just how much they needed it… until they arrived.

Sue-Ellen Purcell

Sue-Ellen is affectionately known as Suebee Fae by her community and has blended her skills over 35 years as a dancer, performer and intuitive healer into powerful and potent somatic dance journeys. 

In 2016 after surviving an assault and then losing most of her belongings in a devastating flood; she was diagnosed with chronic fatigue and PTSD and consequently surrendered to the pathway of illness as initiation. This monumental & complex healing journey opened Suebee up to a wellspring of inner wisdom, leading her down a path of somatic healing and awakening of her deep ancestral medicine. This journey only enriched her ability to listen deeply to the body, to inner stand the complexity of trauma & how to reactivate our innate instinctual healing from within. 

Suebee’s absolute passion for life and learning expresses through the myriads of ways she gathers people together. Woven through her full moon sister circles, blessing-ways, oracle readings, shaking medicine journeys and ecstatic dance workshops is always her unique ability for it to be a celebration of soul and soma. The Loft

The Loft has the air of a country church, with its high-pitched ceilings and reclaimed timber walls. Perched on a quiet and private corner of the Sanctuary, the Loft has elevated views over the alpaca paddock and gorgeous sunsets to the west.

The open-plan living room has large bi-fold doors, opening onto an elevated timber deck.
The deck and its Adirondack chairs make for the perfect spot for a cuppa, and the infinity pool with its private surrounds make the Loft a truly magical place.

In these sessions, we gather in a sacred space to move beneath the surface and access the subconscious layers that quietly shape your life.
