By purchasing this 6 month group coaching mentorship you are committing to attending biweekly/fortnightly Zoom sessions (live or via replays) and engaging outside of calls via the Voxer group chat as needed.

Your results are based on the merit of your own efforts and fullest commitment to the process of this mentorship.

The goals and outcomes that you set for yourself can only be achieved by you.

Katharine McLean will guide, coach, and advise you on techniques and strategies to reach towards your goals, however she cannot guarantee, in any way, of your outcomes.

Each party must maintain in confidence all confidential Information and ensure that the Information is kept confidential, unless a risk to self or others is identified.

Each party agrees to comply with any Privacy Laws and to not do anything which could cause the other party to breach any Privacy Law.

Katharine McLean, or any employee in connection with the Services is not liable to you or any other person for any excluded loss, damage or liability whatsoever, as far as the law permits and unless otherwise specified in this Agreement.

Due to the intimate nature of this Mentorship, no refunds will be given. In cases of extreme emergency, refunds or transfer of services may be at the discretion of Katharine McLean.
